Sheldon Seymour kicked off the match with an impressive performance at 125 pounds, setting the tone for his team in the third period against Treshaun Tecson. Seymour built a 13-1 lead in the third before securing his first fall of the season in 6:24.
Ryan Crookham took to the mat against Kevin Lopez in the 133-pound matchup. Crookham wasted no time establishing control, scoring early in the bout and continuing to pile on points en route to a 16-1 technical fall.
Malyke Hines showcased his wrestling prowess in a commanding display against Myrin Nixon, defeating Nixon 20-5 in 6:37.
Drew Munch secured a vital victory for Lehigh, leading the team to its fourth consecutive win by holding off Yannis Charles with a hard-fought 8-6 decision.
Lehigh's lead grew to 24-0 when Griffen Gonzalez recorded a 19-3 technical fall in 6:39.
Morgan's Cooper Lockhart faced off against Zeke Dubler in the 165-pound weight class, but unfortunately found himself grappling with adversity. Dubler led 6-3 before securing the fall at 3:36 to give Lehigh a 30-0 advantage.
Morgan (0-3) finally tasted victory, when Darrien Roberts withstood Richie Grungo 4-2 at 174. A first period takedown for Roberts delivered the winning margin.
At 184, Kingsley Menifee was edged out by Cadon Rogers with a 1-0 decision, coming from a second period escape.
JT Davis recorded a 14-2 decision over Cameron Johnson at 197.
In a thrilling showdown at the heavyweight division, Xavier Doolin showcased his exceptional skills as he recorded an impressive 17-5 victory against Calvin Lachman to finish off the night.
The Bears are back in action on Sunday, Nov. 17 when they travel to Arlington, Va. for the Marymout Quad. At the Converse Fieldhouse. The Bears are set to face Marymount and VMI.
