BEARS TRAVEL TO FACE WAGNER WEDNESDAY AT SPIRO SPORTS CENTERMorgan State will play its first game of the month of December on the road when the Bears face Wagner on Wednesday in Spiro Sports Center in Staten Island, N.Y. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. The game will mark the second of a three-game road swing for the Bears.
SCOUTING THE SEAHAWKS• Wagner returns three starters and eight letterwinners from its 2014-15 squad that went 10-20, and went 8-10 and tied for seventh place in Northeast Conference play. The Seahawks lost to Robert Morris in the NEC Quarterfinals.

Bashir Mason (Drexel, '07) enters his 4th season as the Seahawks' head men's basketball coach. He currently holds a 50-46 record. He has led Wagner to a pair of second-place finishes and three consecutive NEC Tournament appearances.
• Wagner was picked sixth in the 2015-16 Northeast Conference Preseason Poll.
• Redshirt senior
Mike Aaman is the Seahawks' leading returning scorer, as the bruising 6-8 power forward recorded 10.4 points and 9.3 rebounds a season ago. The Hazlet (N.J.) native is currently averaging 7.5 points and 6.3 rebounds through the Seahawks' first four games.
• Sophomore guard
Corey Henson (6-3, 175) is currently leading the Seahawks by averaging 16.5 points per game. The DeMatha Catholic graduate is also averaging 4 rebounds and a team high 3.8 assists per game.
• Wagner is shooting 39 percent from the floor as a team and has connected on 25-of-84 (.298) 3-pointers.
• The Seahawks enter Wednesday night's contest coming off an 83-59 win against College of Staten Island Dolphins on Saturday inside Spiro Sports Center. Wagner had a season-best four players score in double figures, led by redshirt-senior forward
Mike Aaman, who posted a season-high 18 points and was 8-of-10 from the free throw line.
Dwaun Anderson added a career-high 17 points (5-10 FG).

AT THE HELMTodd Bozeman enters his 10th year at the helm as Morgan State men's head coach. The Bears have participated in six of the last nine MEAC Tournament championships, captured back-to-back-MEAC Titles, and made appearances in the NIT and two NCAA Tournaments.

COMFORTABLE AT HILL FIELD HOUSE Todd Bozeman has won at least 10 home games in three of his eight seasons in Baltimore. The 2007-08 (12-1) and 2009-10 (11-1) squads finished with just a single loss, while the 2010-11 squad went 10-2. Bozeman has led the Bears to a 72-30 (.705) overall home record at Hill Field House.

This season, Morgan State is shooting 34 percent from long range, averaging 6.5 per game and 19.3 attempts per game.
• The Bears have had three games of notching seven treys so far this season…all on the road: at Virginia, at Towson and at High Point.
• Clive 'C.J.' Vaughan Jr. has connected on 6-of-7 3-pointers and currently ranks T-No. 6 in the MEAC, while teammate Andre Horne Jr. is shooting 42 percent (11-26 3FG) and ranks No. 12.
• Last season, Morgan State shot 28 percent (163-for-574) that ranked No. 10 in the MEAC. The Bears averaged 5.2 treys per game. Blake Bozeman led the Bears with 69 made 3-pointers (ranked No. 5 in MEAC).
