2013-14 MSU Women's Bowling Team
BALTIMORE, Md. (Oct. 24, 2013)-The Morgan State bowling team will kick off the 2013-14 season this weekend (Oct. 26-27) when the Lady Bears compete in the fourth annual Hampton Roads Invitational hosted by Norfolk State at the AMF Lanes in Chesapeake, Va.
Participating schools expected to compete are host No. 15 Norfolk State, No. 11 Adelphi, No. 12 Kutztown, No. 17 St. Francis Brooklyn, Monmouth, Virginia State, Bowie State, Hampton and North Carolina A&T.
Teams will begin practice at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday with play officially set to begin at 10:45 a.m. On Sunday, practice is expected to begin at 8 a.m. with the official start time around 8:30 a.m. The teams will compete in team games on Saturday and Baker play on Sunday.
The AMF Lanes are located at 112 East Medical Parkway, just off Battlefield Blvd. and is free to the public.
