BALTIMORE, Md. (March 28, 2012)-The Lady Bears' Patrice Rowe was the lone representative of either Morgan State men's or women's track and field team at the Coppin State Invitational on Wednesday evening.

The freshman made the most of it, placing first in the 800 meter run in a time of 2:24.88 in a five-person field.

Rowe and the rest of the Lady Bears squad will head to Gainesville, Fla. for the 68th Pepsi Florida Relays (April 6-7) held at Percy Beard Track at James G. Pressly Stadium on the campus of the University of Florida.
