BALTIMORE, Md. (Feb. 19, 2011)-Delaware State's Brittany Washington scored a game-high 16 points and pulled down eight rebounds, while Tasia Bristow and Kianna Conner added 13 and 12 points, respectively, to lead the visiting Hornets to a 59-47 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference victory over Morgan State on Saturday afternoon at Hill Field House.

The victory ended a two-game losing skid for Delaware State (8-17, 4-9 MEAC) which has now won three of its last 11 contest. The win also ended a three-game losing slide to the Lady Bears, while extending Morgan State losing streak to a season-high three games.

Morgan State (14-11, 8-4 MEAC), which has fallen to 37-28 all-time against Delaware State, got a team-high 13 points from Kyla Rollins, who came off the bench and connected on 6-of-9 shooting from the field and grabbed a team-high seven rebounds and had a game-high three blocked shots.
