Men's Tennis
RALEIGH, N.C. (April 17, 2009)—The Morgan State Lady Bears' tennis team dropped their opening round match of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) championships to South Carolina State, 4-0 on Friday afternoon at the Millbrook Tennis Center.
The Lady Bulldogs, who were the No. 1 seed in the MEAC South Division, won the doubles point, before claiming the number 1, 4 and 6 singles spots to earn the victory.
Morgan State, which finished the regular season as the No. 4 seed in the MEAC North Division, concluded the season with a 5-10 record.
