MSU Announces 23 Football Signees

BALTIMORE, Md. – Morgan State University head football coach Donald Hill-Eley announced the signing of 23 high school and D-I transfers Wednesday afternoon on National Signing Day.

Overall, the 23 signees included six (6) linebackers, four (4) defensive backs, three (3) defensive ends, three (3) offensive lineman, three (3) wide receivers, three (3) quarterbacks and one (1) punter. The Bears signed 18 from high school and five (5) D-I transfers.

"We feel good about our signees," said Hill-Eley. "We have addressed our vacancies and we feel we have recruited the caliber of talent we need to turn the corner and move the program to the next phase." Added Hill-Eley, "we feel good about those who have chosen Morgan State University today."
