Esther Johnson "MEAC Rookie of the Year"
Morgan State freshman outside hitter Esther Johnson has been named Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year.
Johson, a Ft. Collins, Colorado native has put together one of the most impressive rookie seasons in the history of Morgan State volleyball. Ms. Johnson leads the team in kills (469), and is second on the squad in digs (393). Her teammate Ashley Preston has been named to the 1st Team All-MEAC squad.
