2007-08 (Junior): Helped the team to a fourth-place finish at the MEAC cross country championships...Finished second in the 5000 run with a time of 19:45 at the MEAC Indoor championships.
2006-07 (Sophomore at Morgan State): Competed in a couple of meets during the indoor season, competing in the mile and the 3000 meter run…Ran a season-best 2:28 in the 800 meter dash during the outdoor season at the Norfolk State Invitational…Also ran a season-best in the 1500 meter run, finishing in a time of 5:12.
2004-05 (Freshman at Towson University): Competed in the 400 meter dash for Towson.
High School: Lettered in track and field and cross country at Baldwin Senior High…Was an All-Division selection in the 400 meter dash and the high jump…A member of the 2005 All-Division team…Was a four-time MVP of the cross country team...A three-time All-Division cross country state qualifier.
