Coming to Morgan, having received twenty-seven Track Scholarships from major colleges.
Holder of every sprint record in New Jersey ---Immediately became a C.I.A.A. Sprint Champ. "Ducky" competed at the Penn Relays, The South Atlantic Olympic Trials, the New Jersey State Olympic Trials. C.I.A.A. in 1937 Championships equalled the record 9.8 for the 100 yards sprint, beating St. Augustine's Sensation - Singletary.
First in New Jersey A.A.U. Meet - Fourth in National Trials in Milwaukee -- Captain of Track.
